Mr. Vela run the ESL program at Lochburn. He provide his services to a broad spectrum of students who are learning english. Studentswho have come from Eastern European countries, the Far East, South America, and many other parts of our global village. He helps them in many compartments in English. He is also popular among Lochburn's students. He hopes his students will be fluent in English, and wishes the reader a happy day.
